Phase 1 - Immediate Start and continuing monthly. $7,500 start up fees and $875 monthly (plus Google fees & our Google commissions as noted below). 1. Management of a Google Adwords Account. You pay Google Ad fees directly to Google through your credit card. You pay us a 20% commission above the fees paid directly to Google on a weekly basis. You set a daily budget amount on Google for advertising and specify "maximum cost per click". We manage your account through our Google Master account. 2. Initial creation of 50 "Test Ads" to run as Google Text Ads and determine market interest in various product categories and themes. 3. Initial creation of 5 Google banner ads of various standard sizes, based on themes that were successful as text ads. (Each size ad is counted as one banner ad). 4. Choice of 20 categories on deepVertical for advertising and "advertorial", including 5 special categories that we will create for your project with text ads and then 5 banner ads. (Note: These pages will still run other advertiser ads, but will feature you as the main sponsor on these pages). 5. Creation of up to 1000 Google keywords based on best click through results, beginning with 100 key words, and expanding to 1000 in 4 weeks. 6. Testing of geographic test markets beyond National campaign to determine best geographic area for the advertising dollar (4 geographic areas included in Phase 1) 7. Creation & monthly hosting of private "business network" site for easy upload of videos, photos and articles of interest linked to website, deepvertical and selected test ads. We will set up initial design of the site, using your logo and existing photos and artwork that you provide. You have the option of adding content to the site at no cost, We recommend that this be an invitation only site for content, other than the home page to control the quality of the site. 8. Press release to internet press sites on the "business network site's" opening. 9. Creation of a custom advertiser affiliate program. Using the 5 Google ads, these ads are placed on affiliate advertiser sites who you pay per click, per sale, per phone call. Our commission fees is 18% of the fees paid to the affiliate, and is incurred each time we bill for payments from you to the affiliate. You determine a level and maximum of payments in advance of each affiliate ad campaign. We provide you with "tracking codes" to track where the clicks or sales came from, and you place that code on the correct web page in your e-commerce site. 10. Included in above: stock photography, stock artwork selected at our discretion and at our cost, but approved by you prior to publication. Standard typography, graphics for web publication use only, (not high resolution for print publications). Management, creative, copy writing. 11. NOT included. Management or changes of any kind to your existing e-commerce site. Custom photography or custom artwork not based entirely on stock art or photography selected at our discretion. No other ad network management other than Google, deepVertical and the custom affiliate program is included. 12. Monthly fees also include campaign management, adjustment and fine tuning of ad rotation and keywords. Phase 2 Recommended Upgrade after 3 months, and continuing monthly . $6,750 upgrade fee and $1250 per month (plus Google fees & our Google commissions as noted below). These monthly fees, replace the monthly fees in Phase 1. 1. Continuation of Google Adwords advertising. You pay fees directly to Google through your credit card. You pay us an 20% commission on the fees paid to Google. 2. Expansion to 3,000 keywords, and keyword phrases on Google ad words based on results from Phase 1. 3. Creation of 100 additional text ads based on results from initial 50 ads created in Phase 1. 4. Creation of 10 additional Google Banner ads in various standard sizes, including 3 with Flash animation. (Each size ad is counted as one banner ad). 5. Expansion to total of 50 categories on deepVertical including expansion to 10 special categories that we will create for your project with your sponsored text ads initially, and then the 15 banner ads. (Note: These pages will still run other advertiser ads, but will feature you as the main sponsor on these pages). 5. Continuation of management of Advertising affiliate program with fees identical to Phase 1. 6. Creation of a Search Engine optimization program based on key word success of Google Adwords campaign, monitored and continued monthly. This SEO program will result in additional traffic from "organic" (non-advertising) Google searches.and searches from other search engines. 7. Editing of video footage you provide to us of product line for upload to your business network site. 8. Except as noted above, Phase 2 includes continuation of all other Phase 1 ongoing services. All packages subject to deepVertical terms of use as noted on our website.
